Tandy

About Tandy:

Tandy is a 6-year-old little Shar-Pei/Dachshund mix who came to us from another shelter. She had initially been found in the street as a stray and had to be treated for heartworm disease. Tandy is healthy now and more than ready for her new home! She can be a little bit of a nervous pup and takes some time to get comfortable in new situations; she isn’t a fan of being picked up until she trusts you. Once she trusts you, she is a sweet little girl who will occasionally play with her canine pals and enjoys sitting for pets. We think she would be most comfortable without children in her forever home but she would probably be ok with cats and other dogs. Tandy is a unique dog who is ready to find her forever home, once and for all.
