About Sam:

Sam is a young kitty who came to us through a concerned citizen who frequently saw him in her yard. He was too frightened to come right to her but was quite easily coaxed into her home where she was able to successfully trap him. After having a few days to settle in, Sam has already adjusted quite a bit to having human caretakers. While he can be initially shy, it doesn’t take long for him to roll over for belly rubs and run his motor for ear scritches! Sam is a gorgeous kitten who we think will blossom in a cat-experienced home willing to give him the time he needs to come into his own. Sam uses his litter box like a champ and does fine with other cats but may be a little too nervous to be introduced to the family dog right away, and rambunctious young children may be too much for him. However, in a calm, quiet home, this boy is going to fluorish into a loving companion!
