About Reginald:
Reginald is a 2-3 year old Olde English Bulldogge (not to be confused with an English Bulldog) who came to us from the county animal control after being found as a stray. He was extremely thin and had marks on his neck from a collar that must have been too tight at one point. Despite all of that, Reginald is a good boy with lots of wrinkles and even more energy; he doesn’t have much by way of manners and really needs to be taught how to walk on a leash. Reginald absolutely loves food and will do anything for it; we have been working on keeping him calm around food and treats as he isn’t always gentle when he takes them from you. Due to his size and strength, Reginald would do best in a home without children. We aren’t sure how Reginald would do with other dogs and cats, but he shows signs of doing well. Typical of his breed, Reginald can be a little bit on the grabby side; he will occasionally grab leashes or sleeves, but it is not done in an aggressive manner, he just gets overly excited. Reginald has a lot of potential to be an amazing family companion, he just needs a little guidance to teach him how to be the best dog he can be.
