About Pebbles:

Pebbles is a Collie mix puppy that came to us with her brother, Bam Bam, after being found as strays. She is very energetic and extremely smart; she would do well with an active adopter who wants to teach her new things! Despite this, she is a sweet, happy dog that will do well in just about any home! Pebbles does fine with other dogs and would likely do just fine in a home with children who are steady on their feet.

Pebbles is scheduled to have eye surgery for entropia, a condition where the eyelashes are rubbing the cornea and causing irritation.  Because this is a common condition, the surgery is routine, and the recovery is about 2 weeks.  If you meet her before the surgery, she tends to squint to minimize the discomfort.
