About Nikita:

Nikita is a young Great Pyrenees/Husky mix puppy who came to us from a rural shelter where she was turned in as a stray. She is a very active pup who walks wonderfully on a leash, seems to like other dogs, and keeps her kennel relatively clean! She adores people and will roll over to ask for belly rubs. Nikita has two different colored eyes but unfortunately has entropia in one; this is a relatively simple fix that will be corrected with surgery at the same time as her spay. If you meet her before or during her recovery period, her eye may appear leaky and squinty — rest assured, this will heal completely and should have no further issues. Nikita does have a thick coat which will require frequent brushing and would do best in a home that can keep her busy! Nikita seems to do ok with other active dogs, would be a good fit for a home with children, and tested just fine with cats as well.
