About Molly:

Why is it that hound dogs always look so sad?  In Molly’s case, it may be because she came to us with a double ear infection, and was at risk of being euthanized at the county shelter.  Extinguishing her life would be a travesty because she is as sweet and docile as they come.  Even though Molly has that signature hound dog bark (which we of course love), she is very quiet and rarely makes a peep in her kennel.  She is on the cuddly side, loves going for walks, is well behaved at the fence line when in the yard and adjacent to other dogs, and has been fantastic letting us treat her ears even though she lets us know that it’s painful.  She wouldn’t hurt a flea.  Molly is also making a fashion statement following the trend of letting her grey hair show, but she is actually only about 5 to 6 years old.  We get so vogue her at the Haven!  But seriously, Molly would be a great addition to anyone’s family, and she would be as loyal as ever too.  We would love to see this amazing girl get into a home where she is showered with love by people of all ages, including children, because she has shown zero issues with anyone that she has met.  So please give this lovely hound dog a chance at her happily-ever-after.
