About Lucy:
Lucy was so scared when she first arrived at our Haven. Initially we thought putting her in the quietest corner of our facility would calm her nerves, but we soon found out that she wants nothing more than to be around the center of activity with other canine companions and the volunteers and staff who care for her every day. In one moment, you can find Lucy running around with the other dogs, and in the next moment, she will be snuggling up to your leg just to let you know she cares. Lucy is extremely affectionate, quiet, gentle, adaptable, and ready to know what a real home and family are.
