About Ladybug:

Ladybug is an adorable Brittany Spaniel who had a rough start.  At two years old, she has already had an abusive owner who would hit her with a metal pipe, another owner who loved her but was incapable of providing her a life off a chain, was offered for free on a sales site online, and eventually made the 500 mile journey from Virginia to our Haven. Despite her turmultuous history, Ladybug is one of the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet. She is super happy, always smiling and wagging her stubby tail. Ladybug is not afraid of anything and seems to follow a very carefree ideology; she takes life as it comes and never looks back! Ladybug is exceptionally good with other dogs and bounces around in the yard when playing. She could definitely benefit from some obedience training as she has never been taught manners – she can be hyper and jumpy and has no idea what is expected of her as a house pet. Ladybug will need to go to a home without cats, but would likely do just fine with children of all ages.
