About Izzy:
Izzy is a sweet pit bull mix puppy who came to us from another shelter. She is an exceptionally sweet dog but can be a little on the nervous side; she takes a few minutes to warm up to new people, but once she’s your friend, she’s your friend for life! Izzy loves to play with other dogs and has been paired up with a few friends here at our Haven. She seems to do okay with cats but is very fearful of them so may need a slow introduction to a home with cats. Due to her timid nature, she may do best in a home with older children. Izzy bonds very closely to her people and shows signs of having some possible separation anxiety, so this is something to keep in mind when adding her to your home.
