About Dexie:
Dexie is a 9-month-old German Shepherd pup weighing in at a petite 63 pounds! She was originally surrendered to another shelter who came to us for assistance in finding her a home. Dexie is a typical Shepherd — she can come off as hyperactive and anxious, but will bond very closely to her new family! She does pike people and approaches strangers without hesitation but will require some basic obedience to be the best dog she can be! She will require an active home ready to train a young, working breed dog! Dexie does great with other dogs and would probably do ok with older children as well! We aren’t sure how she would do with cats.
