About Celia:
Celia is on the shy side, especially with other dogs, and we think she may have been subjected to having puppies as a puppy. Well that life is over! We are socializing her with other dogs and, as is the case with many puppies, she is starting to come out of her shell. She is as sweet as pie and is that loving dog who will love you back exponentially if you give her a chance. Ceilia will do best with experienced dog owners who will take her to training and keep her socialized with other dogs.
