About Casper:
Casper is a young Shih Tzu mix who came to us as a stray; he was found wandering down the road by a volunteer and was brought to us for safekeeping. Despite being in wonderful physical condition, no owner ever stepped forward, so Casper is now searching for his forever family! Casper is an adorable little guy with tons of personality! He is great with other dogs and would probably be good with kids as well. Casper is familiar with wearing cute little sweaters and seems to be used to being groomed as well. Casper doesn’t mind being picked up and carried around and is friendly with every person he meets! He is a favorite of some of our volunteers and just seems so happy all of the time! Come adopt little Casper, just in time for Halloween!
