About Berkley:
Berkley is one of 3 husky mix puppies that came from a hoarding home where they were not exposed to the outside world or many people. However, since being with us, he has come out of his shell and has begun to welcome attention from people. He does well with other dogs, is learning what toys are, is getting used to being on a leash, and does enjoy running around in our big yard. He would benefit in a home with an adult dog who can show him the ropes and continue to help build his confidence. His family must also be patient and understand that new experiences need to be introduced slowly with care and patience. A perfect home will include a fully fenced in yard, as well as a crate that he can go to when he needs to feel safe and secure. We are so happy to have rescued Berkley from that horrible situation, and we look forward to handing the baton over to adopters who will continue to help him thrive in the real world.
