About Palmer:
Palmer is a young Jack Russell Terrier mix with a lot of energy to spare! He is a very sweet boy who bonds closely to his people — he gives hugs and kisses and will even stand on his back legs in hopes of being picked up! He also lets you hold him like a baby. He enjoys going for walks and is incredibly toy motivated – while he does enjoy treats, he would learn just as quickly with a tug toy as a reward! Palmer is slightly protective of his favorite things so he would do best in a home without young children. He seems to do well with other dogs but has not been tested with cats. Palmer would do well in a home where he can get plenty of exercise. While we are typically an advocate for crating dogs, Palmer does not like being crated.
