About Cody:
Cody is hound mix, and we believe he has bloodhound in him. He was pulled from a shelter along with his brother, Rucker. They were part of an accidental litter that the owner kept for two years before deciding they were no longer welcome. Cody is a big, stocky boy who adores everything and everyone! We were told that he even liked to play (or attempt to) with the pigeons that stole his food in his former home! Cody is a very outgoing boy who doesn’t always know his own strength – he enjoys giving hugs and wants to be touching somebody as often as possible! For this reason, he may do best in a home with children that are steady on their feet. He can be pretty vocal when excited and has the typical hound dog bay; he would not be a good apartment dog. Cody does great with other dogs; he doesn’t seem to understand how to play with them, but definitely tries his hardest! Cody also enjoys tearing up stuffed animals and rolling around on the floor! Cody would benefit from some basic obedience training, but will make a wonderful pet!
