About Chet:
Chet (who also responds to Chester) is an affectionate, smart boy that loves to play with his toys, does well on a leash and loves to go for a run with our volunteers! He is very motivated by treats and is willing to follow commands to earn a tasty snack. Chet loves to snuggle and will cuddle in for affection. Chet was very attached to his previous owner and did not enjoy while they away from home. Therefore, we would really like to see Chet go to a home where an adult either works from home, is a stay-at-home parent, retired, etc. If this is not the case, we have some ideas to help him cope with his future adopter’s absence when they leave the home.
