About Eli:
Eli’s life was the fairytale that every dogs dreams of. He lived in a home with his family that consisted of his of Mom, Dad, and human siblings. Eli was so wonderful with the kids, and like all dogs, he was loyal to his people. But his life behind the was not a fairytale. He was mistreated by his Dad. Thankfully Detroit Pit Crew rescued Eli from the cruelty but he lost his home and family too. When Eli was transferred to our care, we vowed to find him his true happily-ever-after where he never has to fear his own people. Eli would be a great addition to a family with children, but he is understandably a little shy (but not at all aggressive) when he meets men for the first time. But because our sweet, forgiving Eli wants to see the best in people, he does come around VERY quickly. We know there is a new family out there looking for Eli so that his true happily-ever-after can begin. Are you that family??? We hope so!
