About Sally:

Sally is a sweet yet shy chocolate Lab mix who came to us after being found as a stray. She came to us with bloody wounds on her ears and nose; her wounds are healing nicely and are barely noticable now! Sally is a very good dog who walks well on a leash and enjoys the finer things in life; comfortable blankets, soft beds, and delicious treats. She is a little overwhelmed here at the shelter and spends a lot of her time sleeping. She is great with people and wags her tail when she sees familiar faces, but she is definitely nervous of the kennel environment; we think she will do much better in a home given time to settle in! Sally seems to enjoy the company of other dogs but isn’t big on play; she’s prefers to just hang out with her canine pals. Sally would do best in a calm home environment with respectful older children. We just love this beautiful girl and hope you’ll give her a chance to be part of your family!
