About Rosie:
FOSTER HOME NEEDED
Rosie is a middle aged Rottweiler who really needs out of the kennel environment and into a home. She is an absolutely beautiful, gentle girl who enjoys spending time hanging out with her people pals. She does well with other dogs of any size and particularly enjoys playing with small breed dogs… unfortunately, she has some medical issues that require her to take it easy, so it is recommended that she not be allowed to play too rough with her doggy pals for a little while. Rosie has a mammary tumor that is causing some discomfort; we will be having it removed when she is ready to be spayed. Unfortunately, Rosie also tested positive for heartworm; she has started her treatment, but we would love to get Rosie into a foster or forever home as soon as possible to recover! Despite her medical issues, Rosie is incredibly sweet and will lean against you for love. She listens well and is already completely housebroken. Due to her current medical needs, we think she would do best in a home with adults only.
