About Marley:
Marley is a Pointer mix who came to us when her family was no longer able to afford her care. Marley comes off as a little shy at first; a little patience goes a long way though, and Marley has proven on multiple occasions that she can make friends quickly! Befriending her may take a little longer for men, but even then, she warms up relatively quickly given a soft voice and some treats. Marley is a sweet girl who gets really excited to see the people she loves. She enjoys spending time with other dogs and will even play with them with some gentle coaxing. She is said to be ok with cats and would be ok in a home with older kids. Marley is completely potty trained and walks very well on a leash. She is affectionate towards the people she trusts and will even bounce up to give soft, gentle kisses. Marley is a very sweet girl who will make a wonderful addition to a family that understands she may take a little while to settle in. Marley has grain and poultry allergies but is doing well on the salmon and sweet potato food we feed at our Haven.
