About Little Miss:
Little Miss is a Husky who was surrendered to us when her owner fell on hard times — he tried everything he could but was unable to support Little Miss anymore and so surrendered her to us. Miss is currently overweight and is working hard to get back down to a healthy size. She is a sweet, well-mannered dog who isn’t at all what you’d expect a dog of her breed to be; she is calm and mellow. She enjoys going for leisurely walks and is well trained to stay nearby if off-lead (though we don’t usually recommend off-leash walks). Miss likes to husky-talk and will to let you know when she wants something. While she would definitely benefit from daily walks and activities with her family, she is content to just hang out in the house as well. She does well with other dogs (she isn’t big on playing though) and has previously lived with cats. She is also potty trained already. Overall, Little Miss is an incredibly well-rounded girl who would do well with dogs, cats, and children of all ages. We believe she would thrive in just about any home environment!
